Had a fantastic gig in Tunbridge Wells and it was great to catch up with Bloater, L'il Lisa, Nick Drugstore and the brilliant but accident prone Mark "Crazy legs" Morgan, They played such a great rockin Blues set that had the crowd from the start - If you aint seen em yet - get off your arses!
This was my first Imelda May gig (shame on me, should have made the effort loong ago!), and a great gig it was at that!
ReplyDeleteLoved the venue, although the seats were too far from the stage (looked closer in an online photo), so whilst everyone packed into the bar during the interval, we made a beeline for the front of the standing area! And well worth missing out on a pint it was, too! Shame the venue had a strict no photography policy.. although on the day, no staff enforced this policy so I should have brought my camera after all! Rats!
I look forward to seeing you again soon. Very soon, in fact - tonight!
