Arrived at Byron Bay 10pm last night, I'm missing everyone at home like crazy. We're staying in Eco Beach resort ("Eco Beach, far away inside,Eco Beach etc etc")Its beautiful but wasted on me, there is a spider in my bathroom the size of my fist thats making me feel about as welcome as a fart in a sauna, couldnt sleep, stayed up all night playing my Uke, eventually nodded off around 7am and woke to friggin parrots outside my window at 10am, after my morning shower I grabbed a towel only to find a living caterpilla white and brown at both ends the size of my little finger wriggling around on it - urgh, needless to say I screamed like a six year old girl and nearly shat me legs out!
Looking forward to the gig tonight though and even more looking forward to the Brisbane gig tomorrow where I shall be catching up with Brummie mate Nick Tart, good times!

  1. I've quit smoking! By the way Echo Beach is 'far away in time' not 'inside' and has an aitch. Give my regards to Mr Tart. Apparently the creepy-crawlies in Brisbane are the biggest in the world and eat your eyelids whilst you're sleeping, but don't let that thought bother you. Love to all x
